What you will do: — Administration and support of the Performance Review process for employees; — Setting up the system and initiating evaluation procedures; — Controlling/monitoring assessments; — Addressing employee requests; — Preparing communications for employees; — Filling internal resources with information, regarding the Performance Review, such as Confluence, Intranet, Slack, etc.; — Participation in the implementation of the approved Performance Review project, which includes using the 9-box matrix for assessing performance and potential; — Conducting 360-degree competency assessments; — Evaluating hard skills; — Managing talents; — Developing improvement plans, and more; — Analysis of the results of the conducted Performance reviews and preparation of the reports/recommendations based on the assessment data; — Training and support for managers during Performance Reviews, providing assistance and guidance.
What we expect from you: — Experience in human resources, performance management, or a related field more than 2 years. Previous involvement with performance evaluation processes is beneficial; — Strong analytical skills — to interpret performance data effectively; Advanced Excel user; — Communication Skills: strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for engaging with team members and contributing to performance-related reports; Familiarity with HR assessment systems: understanding of HR software and tools used for performance management is advantageous; — English language proficiency at the Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
