HR Specialist / КДП специалист BlaBlaCar

Responsibilities: — Maintaining a full cycle of personnel records management (approximately 110 employees); — Developing and improving personnel documentation, including local regulations, policies, employment contracts, additional agreements, and other documents in accordance with the current requirements of RF legislations; — Personnel administration (hiring, promotion, termination, labor books, preparation of certificates, etc.), administration of vacations, sick lists, work on holidays; — In addition to statutory HR administration recording in 1C system, parallel staff recording in Corporate HRIS system; — Reporting to state authorize (on personnel movements, regular reporting ad-hoc reports); — Creating, issuing, and signing HR documents with employees; — Participating in internal and external audits, preparing documents for inspections by regulatory authorities; — Preparing and submitting mandatory reports to Russian authorities. — Stay up-to-date with employment laws and regulations and ensure HR policies and procedures are in compliance; — Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and programs; Labor legislation internal advising; — Help resolve routine employee issues and escalate more complex matters to Senior HRBP; — Full support on private medical insurances, communication with providers, preparing necessary documentation, assistance in solving any kind of contractual issues; — Collaborate with Finance, Legal and other Business teams to ensure delivery of streamlined processes, standardization and digitization; — Active participation in automation processes; — Preparing documents on Special assessment of working conditions; — Preparing documents for military registration; — Full back up of HR Payroll Specialist during vacation periods, sick leave; — Providing ad-hoc administrative support to any of the other HR functions, as necessary and in line with business requirements; — Active participation in any HR & admin related projects and processes: Engagement, L&D, C&B, Recruitment.

Requirements: — Bachelor degree, major in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Operations or related fields; — A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR Administration; — Experience working in international/multinational companies; — Deep knowledge of Russian Labor law; — Good knowledge of federal law on personal data & data protection regulations; — English level Upper-intermediate and higher; — Knowledge of electronic paperwork systems (KEDO); — Experienced 1C user and Workday knowledge (desirable) — Experience in passing or having labor inspection; — Experience in payroll is a plus; — Experience in other HR functions e.g. C&B, T&D, Engagement, Recruitment etc is a big plus or interested in developing in these areas;— Very strong customer service orientation; — Driven, self-motivated and highly flexible team player; — Able to work independently, as well as in team and to coordinate several activities simultaneously; — Ability to build trust, respect and confidentiality; — Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills; — Strong problem solving skills; — Confident and organized; — Demonstrated project ownership and accountability; — Fast learner; adaptive to new processes/ programs; — Works well under pressure.
