Org Design Specialist SPLAT
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: — Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze organizational structures and workflows, identifying areas for improvement and optimization; — Conduct comprehensive job and organization analysis to define roles, responsibilities, and skill requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives; — Develop and implement job design frameworks and methodologies to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and maximize productivity; — Utilize data-driven approaches to conduct headcount analysis and plannning, forecasting future staffing needs, and recommending appropriate staffing levels to support business objectives; — Provide guidance and support to managers and HR teams on matters related to organizational design, job classification, and headcount planning, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability.
CRITERIA OF SUCCESS: — Demonstrated expertise in organizational design principles and methodologies, with a track record of implementing effective job design frameworks and optimizing organizational structures; — Strong analytical skills, including the ability to conduct comprehensive job analysis, headcount forecasting, and data-driven decision-making to drive organizational improvements; — Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage cross-functional teams, provide guidance to stakeholders, and facilitate consensus on organizational design initiatives; — Adaptability and innovation, with the capacity to anticipate and respond to evolving business needs, leverage emerging trends in organizational design, and drive continuous improvement within the organization.
