All last year we worked on Purpose and Values, Supportive Leadership, and Talent Mastery at IPR MEDIA. It wasn't easy and required joint efforts from the top management, L&D+HR dep., and the CEO. However, even a series of steps in this direction exceeded my expectations. The main results are

1️⃣ Increasing the level of sense and satisfaction of ordinary employees; 2️⃣ High eNPS scores; 3️⃣ More active relationships between departments.

And of course, we will continue this work in the coming year.
