Main responsibilities: —Initial training programs for newly appointed MRs; — Trainings on marketing campaign for MRs and RMs; — Preparation of e-learning training program’s content; — Communication / negotiation on projects / training programs with the key partners; — Provides the SF training clients with more specific training programs according to the business priorities, operational needs, and trainee’s competences level; — Preparation and conduction of training on new products / new training projects.
Requirements to a candidate: — Higher education (Medical/Pharmaceutical/Psychology is preferable); — Experience in training at least 1 year; — Good practice in training methodology and conducting training courses; — Experience in developing and organizing training programs; — High ability to set the objectives and prioritize the tasks; — The ability to transmit information (to speak and to write) in a meaningful and concise way; — Excellent communication & presentation skills; — Active listening, EI, coaching, negotiation expertise will consider as an advantage; — English – Intermediate or higher.
