Head of Design, 📍Remote

Doumo — We are a product team with a strong engineering culture. We’ve built a SaaS platform, an all-in-one tool that helps our clients around the world develop their businesses.

Responsibilities: 🚀 Manage a team of Product and Marketing designers (15+ team members) 🚀 Contribute to the development of the company's overall design strategy, aligning it with business goals and market trends. 🚀 Oversee the design process from concept to completion, ensuring timely and successful delivery of all design projects. 🚀 Provide direction and feedback to the design team throughout the design process, from initial concepts to final deliverables.

Basic Requirements: 🪐 Proven experience (3+ years) in a Head of Design/ Design Manager/ Design Director/ Art director role 🪐 Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior design role, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry. 🪐Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and demonstrating expertise in UI/UX design
