What you will do: — Design and implement comprehensive training programs that meet the needs of the organization; — Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, or consultations with managers; — Develop training materials and conduct in-house training sessions; — Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as necessary; — Stay updated with the latest trends in employee training and development; — Work with managers to develop performance improvement plans for underperforming employees; — Implement talent development initiatives such as mentorship programs, leadership training, and succession planning; — Monitor and report on the progress of talent development programs; — Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to gauge engagement levels; — Implement initiatives based on survey results to improve workplace culture and morale.

What we are looking for: — Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; a Master’s degree is preferred; — Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in training and development, with a focus on performance management; — Strong knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and performance management systems; — Excellent communication and presentation skills; — Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making; — Strong organizational and project management skills; — Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and nice to have an experience with HR software; — Commitment to continuous learning and professional development; — Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment; — Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
