Research operations manager, 📍Remote

Doumo — We are a product team with a strong engineering culture. We’ve built a SaaS platform, an all-in-one tool that helps our clients around the world develop their businesses.

Responsibilities: 🚀 Identify and recruit participants for UX research studies, including surveys, interviews, usability tests, and focus groups. 🚀 Analyze the efficiency of the recruiting process and prepare suggestions for optimizations. 🚀 Segment userbase for targeted research studies based on demographics, behaviors, and other relevant criteria. 🚀Maintain engagement and motivation within the beta user community, recognizing contributions and providing regular updates on product developments and improvements.

Basic Requirements: 🪐 English B2-C1 🪐 Experience in participant recruiting and customer communication (1 year +) 🪐 A basic understanding of UX principles and research methodologies.
