We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to lead the development and enhancement of our products at Inovis. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, a track record of successful project delivery, and a passion for driving innovation and excellence. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the architecture, design, and overall strategy of our product offerings.

Leadership and Strategy: Lead the design and architecture of complex web applications, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and technical specifications. Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and best practices to enhance the development process.

Product Development: Oversee the development of both front-end and back-end components, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture to support product features and integrations. Optimize application performance and ensure high availability through efficient coding and infrastructure management. Manage deployment pipelines, CI/CD processes, and automated testing to maintain code quality and streamline release cycles.

Innovation and Improvement: Analyze and address product performance, user experience, and technical debt to drive continuous improvement. Implement advanced features and enhancements based on user feedback, market trends, and technological advancements. Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices to ensure high standards of code quality and maintainability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve complex technical challenges.

Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve critical issues related to application functionality, performance, and security. Proactively identify potential risks and implement solutions to mitigate them. Utilize analytics and monitoring tools to track application performance and user behavior, making data-driven decisions to optimize products. Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Skills: Platforms: Proficiency in Windows and Linux environments. Web Servers: Experience with IIS; familiarity with other web servers is a plus. Databases: Extensive experience with PostgreSQL; knowledge of additional databases is advantageous. Backend: Expertise in Node.js and Express.js. Front-End: Advanced skills in Vue.js, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript. Version Control: Proficiency with Git, GitHub, or GitLab. CI/CD: Experience with continuous integration and deployment tools. Cloud Platforms (Optional): Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.

Leadership and Communication: Proven experience leading development teams and managing complex projects. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work e Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience); Master’s degree is a plus. Minimum of 15 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead role.
