📝 Your Quest: • Create a promo (retention) plan for both sports and casino. • Coordinate the localization of promotions and communication with players. • Provide advice on local events that can be used in promos or highlighted on the site. • Analyze communications and promos (immediate and monthly) and develop a plan for changes based on your analysis. • Create site content, including text for the site, wording on banners, etc.
Your Credentials: • 1-2 years in the same or a similar position in the gambling and/or betting industry (experience in retention, promotion, content, or CRM teams). • Knowledge of GGR, NGR, bonus ratio metrics, and strong writing skills. • Customer-first mindset.
