Hello everyone! A family-sized GameDev studio is looking for a 🔥𝐒𝐫. 𝐆𝐚𝐦𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐫🔥 to work on Idle Arcade games. Since its establishment in 2015, the company has created 4 games that have attracted over 125 million unique users in mobile stores, with two titles reaching the number one position on the US App Store and Google Play.

🎮Tasks:
- Design and develop Arcade Idle games (possibly incorporating ARPG elements)
- Create and balance game systems (progression, rewards, monetization)
- Prototype and iterate based on feedback and data
- Playtest and ensure features are fun, understandable, and enjoyable for players
🎮Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Arcade Idle, Idle, Tycoon, RPG, ARPG, 4x Strategy, Farming, Tower Defense, Hybrid-casual
