What kind of candidate are we looking for: — Higher Education in HR or relevant professional courses will be an advantage; — Upper-Intermediate English is a must; — Not less than 2 years of experience in HR, advanced user of 1C ЗУП 8.3, confident Excel knowledge (diagrams, pivot tables); — Knowledge of Russian labor legislation and process of labor documentation; — Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills; — Good analytical skills; — Ability to clearly and patiently explain HR processes and procedures to employees at various organizational levels both in writing and verbally; — Initiative, responsible, team player.
Whar are tasks and responsibilities: — Labor documentation proceeding (employement, resignations, sick leaves,vacations, etc); — Ensure fulfuillment of corporate HR policies; — Participation in HR projects (on-boarding, adaptation).
