Leading iGaming company is looking for a candidate who would be responsible for structuring the product division and development of the product itself (online casino). Relocation to Belgrade (Serbia) is obligatory.
Responsibilities: ➡️Driving the strategic development and execution of our product roadmap, with a strong focus on CRM, CMS, Back Office, Product Analytics, Retention, Promo Management, Bonus, and Loyalty functionalities. ➡️Translating business strategy into a comprehensive product strategy. ➡️Conduct market research and competitive analysis ➡️Support product initiatives at all stages ➡️Develop product and functional requirements ➡️Manage product UX/UI and use data and analytics to inform decision-making and optimise product performance ➡️Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and operations to ensure cohesive product development and execution ➡️Introduce benchmarks, both industries and company’s ➡️Manage and develop product teams (CMS, SRM, Retention team).
Required Skills: ➡️Previous experience in the iGaming industry ➡️Experience in team management ➡️Fluency in English language (C1+) ➡️Strong and proven product development track record ➡️At least 5 years of experience in a similar role ➡️Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and make informed decisions ➡️Experience with Acquisition & Retention (CRM, e-mail marketing and content, promo and campaign management, bonuses, and gamification) ➡️Experience with A/B testing, post-analysis of split results.
