Program Manager 📍Weigandt Consulting Location: Serbia, Dubai, Armenia, Türkiye Employment Type: Full-time, remote work or office-based in Dubai

Weigandt Consulting (WDT), an international IT consulting company headquartered in Germany, with clients across Europe, Asia, and the UAE, and a global workforce, is seeking an experienced Project/Program Manager. The successful candidate will lead multiple strategic initiatives within our Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) transformation program.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 🔵Lead and manage project delivery in a multicultural, multi-vendor environment. 🔵Utilize project management tools for task tracking, planning, time management, reporting, and requirements management. 🔵Oversee and manage change requests effectively. 🔵Conduct comprehensive project estimations, including risk assessments, assumptions, time estimates, and resource planning. 🔵Ensure services are delivered on time and within budget. 🔵Actively manage staffing needs, including succession planning and mitigating attrition risks. 🔵Proactively identify, manage, and resolve risks, issues, and concerns in a timely manner for both internal and external stakeholders.

EXPECTED SKILLS: 🔵Excellent project management experience: planning, scheduling, project communication, issue resolution, change management, and risk management 🔵Proven track record of delivering large-scale retail technology programs 🔵Strong understanding of retail merchandising processes and systems, familiarity with Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) 🔵B2+ English level proficiency 🔵Experience in managing implementation challenges in the area of integration, design, configurability, and infrastructure 🔵Deep understanding of Agile, Kanban and Waterfall, certifications are nice to have 🔵Advanced Jira and AzureDO user
