Senior Strategy Manager (Fintech), Major Tech company Moscow

Responsibilities:

• Lead strategic fintech projects, including managing cross-functional teams, managing stakeholder expectations;
• Build and operationalize strategic models of fintech development in company for 5 years (together with the finance department); -Synthesize insights, initiatives and communications (including presentations, 6-page) within the team and to the customer level (C-level);
• Prepare new initiatives for launch, including the following: developing initiatives for strategic fit in fintech, taking them from concept to MVP, creating a roadmap for rolling out the initiative, preparing the defense of the long-term business plan at the company's investment committee;
• Provide quality support to the fintech business leader in the following areas: research, structuring, financial modeling in excel, hypothesis generation and testing.

Requirements:

• Experience in fintech product strategy;
• Consulting background (preferably TOP3/2-Tier) or technology companies (6 years or more);
• Experience of management cross-functional working groups and analysts;
• Decision structuring skills in a variety of situations;
• Ability to analyze large amounts of external analytics and raw internal data;
• Financial modeling skills;
• English language skills at least at Upper-Intermediate level.
