Responsibilities: 📌Collaborate with candidates and recruiting team 📌Source, attract and engage the best engineers on the market 📌Develop pipelines of candidates 📌Use Recruitment Automation System 📌Complete of monthly KPI's 📌Track, approach and report about results

Experience and Skills: 📌3+ years of experience in IT sourcing 📌Proficiency with boolean and x-ray search, sourcing tools and platforms 📌To be absolutely hungry for opportunities 📌Self-management skills: you don't need to be micromanaged to be efficient 📌Must have (B2+) English

Would be a great plus: 📌Experience working in a recruitment agency
