About the Role: Join one of the largest digital Sportsbook/Casino companies globally as a Digital Marketing Specialist! You'll plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across various platforms to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and retention in the Serbian market.

Key Responsibilities: 🟢Performance Marketing: Paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, etc. -Optimize ROI and conversions. 🟢Content & SEO: Collaborate on localized content, implement SEO strategies to boost rankings. 🟢Social Media: Manage strategy, daily content, and audience engagement. 🟢Analytics: Track user behavior, campaign metrics, and deliver actionable insights. 🟢Strategy: Stay updated on trends and craft tailored digital strategies for the Serbian market. 🟢Collaboration: Work with internal teams (affiliate, retention, creative) and external partners.

Requirements: 🟢Proven digital marketing experience, ideally in betting/gaming industries. 🟢Expertise in performance marketing and SEO tools like SEMrush/Ahrefs. 🟢Familiarity with Google Analytics and social media management platforms. 🟢English proficiency required; Serbian and/or Russian is a plus. 🟢Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a bonus.
