We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or similar roles within the mobile gaming industry.

Key Responsibilities: 🔵Planning 🔵Long-term planning (roadmap) 🔵Short-term planning (sprints) 🔵Task Management 🔵Task decomposition 🔵Monitoring progress and deadlines 🔵Coordination of functional departments: game design, art, UI, development, QA 🔵Task prioritization 🔵People Management 🔵Establishing effective communication 🔵Monitoring team performance 🔵Conducting one-on-one meetings with project leads and setting personal goals

Requirements: 🔵Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or similar roles within the mobile gaming industry 🔵Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget 🔵Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., 🔵JIRA, Trello, Asana) 🔵Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills 🔵Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges 🔵High level of organization and attention to detail 🔵Passion for mobile gaming and a deep understanding of the industry trends and dynamics 🔵Fluent Russian, Upper-Intermediate level of English
