Main Responsibilities: — Analysis and optimization of business processes including but not limited to roles, timing and customer added value; — Analysis and design of organizational structures in Headquarters and Regional offices; Evaluating current HC resources and building up HC models; — Review and change proposal into company policies and procedures; — Support of reorganization and process changes trough communication with stakeholders and employees; — Responsible over performance management process — goals setting and alignment across Company as well as final evaluation; — Contribution into other global C&B projects like salaries benchmarking, sales incentives, budgeting and FTE planning etc.
Requirements: — Must be hands-on with high level of energy and professional skills to function effectively and independently in a demanding, fast-paced change-oriented environment; — Good understanding of the principles and practices of Organizational Development; — Strong analytical, problem solving skills and quantitative skills and a track record for planning, doing and auditing work; — The ability to see beyond the numbers to drive sound decision-making, systematically break down problems or processes into their parts and develop several alternative solutions; — Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once; — 3+ years of experience working in compensation; — Intellectual curiosity, innovation, passion, speed and resilience in dealing with data; — English – Upper Intermediate.
