About the Company: A global startup with 4M+ followers, building Ring of Grim—a private members’ club focused on growth, networking, and knowledge exchange.
What You’ll Do: 🔹Manage and close deals, oversee the sales pipeline 🔹Develop and implement sales strategies 🔹Optimize sales processes, automate CRM (GoHighLevel is a plus) 🔹Build and scale the sales team 🔹Analyze key metrics and suggest improvements
Who They are Looking For: 🔹Experience in B2B/B2C sales and building sales teams 🔹Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills 🔹Expertise in CRM systems and sales funnel optimization 🔹Fluent English; German, Russian, or Portuguese is a plus
