Responsibilities: 🔵Develop roadmaps and calendar plans for the project. 🔵Manage and coordinate Developers, QA, Artists, and GD specialists. 🔵Decompose, assign, prioritize, and estimate tasks in Jira while maintaining project documentation. 🔵Monitor task progress and ensure development processes are followed. 🔵Identify and manage risks, resolving issues during development. 🔵Optimize workflows and support teams in implementing changes. 🔵Lead meetings (dailies, retrospectives, planning). 🔵Collaborate with stakeholders (founder, producer, partners) and provide regular progress reports.

Requirements: 🔵Experience: 5+ years in gaming project management (mobile games included). 🔵Proven success managing projects from scratch to launch, with international publishing experience. 🔵Strong backlog management, prioritization, and team performance evaluation skills. 🔵Knowledge of Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and the ability to adapt them to the project. 🔵Excellent risk and crisis management skills. 🔵Confident use of Jira, Confluence, Notion, Google Docs, and similar tools. 🔵Experience with distributed teams and dynamic environments. 🔵Preferred Skills 🔵Understanding of Development flow, Git, CI/CD. 🔵Basic Unity knowledge. 🔵Passion for the gaming industry and staying current with trends.

Languages: 🔵Russian and English at B2+ level (verbal and written).
