Responsibilities: — Developing a unified L&D system across multiple countries (Turkey, the UAE, Armenia, Kazakhstan etc), provided that internal customers use different languages to communicate and learn; — Selecting and implementing an international L&D platform for sales / non sales personnel; — Supporting global leaders in top and middle managers assessment and development; — Assisting HR country leaders in rolling out L&D initiatives for both hard and soft skills; — Building L&D and career development policies for several countries; — Delivering coaching and training sessions in both Russian and English.

Qualifications: — Experience in L&D field an international financial company (brokerage or banking sectors) for at least 6 years is mandatory; — Experience in managers’ assessment; — Knowledge in helping to build career movements and career ladder; — Knowledge of contemporary L&D tools and effective development approaches. — Fluent English. Experience in working in multicultural environment; — Experience in giving trainings in more than 1 language; — CIPD L&D and Coaching certificates/experience is a plus; — Readiness for business trips; — Readiness for relocation is a plus.
