Responsibilities: ✅Evaluate and forecast traffic profitability, ROI, and revenue channels. ✅Analyze user behavior and develop predictive models (LTV, cohorts, etc.). ✅Set up and manage marketing analytics (GTM, GA4, BigQuery) and data integration. ✅Develop BI reporting and dashboards in Tableau. ✅Lead the analytics team, collaborate with marketing and product departments. ✅Automate data collection and processing, implement best analytics practices.

Requirements: ✅5+ years in analytics, including 2+ years in a leadership role. ✅Experience in iGaming and familiarity with SoftSwiss, SpinFest, EasyRocket. ✅Proficiency in GTM, GA4, BigQuery, and BI tools (Tableau, etc.). ✅Strong analytical skills, experience in predictive modeling and data optimization. ✅Leadership and communication skills, ability to collaborate across teams.
