Tech Lead 📍IREV (Limassol Cyprus/ Warsaw, Poland or Remote) Full-time

Key Responsibilities: - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of developers, fostering a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing environment that encourages continuous improvement. - Effectively distribute tasks among team members, balancing the workload to optimize productivity and ensure timely completion of projects. - Design and implement high-quality, scalable solutions that effectively address complex business requirements and enhance system performance. - Optimize the performance, and drive best practices in development, testing, and deployment processes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Drive the technical planning of new features and enhancements, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and meet the highest standards. - Ensure seamless back and front-end component integration for a cohesive user experience. - Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high code quality, ensure adherence to best practices, and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team. - Participate in performance evaluations, offering constructive feedback and support to help team members grow and achieve their professional goals. - Take a proactive role in feature development and ongoing maintenance of the product using Node.js and Angular. - Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features by effectively managing the development process and addressing any issues that arise.

What we expect: - A proven track record of at least 1 year in a Managerial or Team lead role. - A minimum of 3 years of commercial experience using TypeScript (Node.js) in a professional setting. - Experience with Microservices is a must. - Experience with Frontend Frameworks (React, Vue, Angular). - Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher. - Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL. - Experience with ClickHouse and Mongo will be a plus. - Familiarity with Docker and Git version control systems. - Knowledge of OOP, SOLID principles, and design patterns. - A deep understanding of web technologies, client-server communication, and RESTful API design. - Experience in building CRM or ERP systems will be a plus. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA
