Ambassador Manager 📍 Remote A recruiting agency is currently looking for an Ambassador Manager for our partner (company name under NDA).

Responsibilities: — Daily search for new bloggers for collaboration (primarily on TikTok) using Hypetrain, Modash, TikTok Creator Marketplace, and free search on social media (TikTok, Instagram). — Bulk outreach with collaboration proposals using the Hunter service (30 to 100 messages per day). — Daily communication with bloggers: discussing collaboration terms, answering questions, negotiating budgets, assisting bloggers with work organization, providing consultations on managing their pages. — Managing and updating blogger databases via Airtable. — Organizing and monitoring blogger payments. — Regular analysis of ambassador effectiveness with subsequent strategy adjustments — your goal is to increase conversions and improve performance.

What we’re looking for: — At least 1 year of experience in influencer marketing. We need someone with hands-on experience in large-scale procurement (30-40 integrations per month). — Strong research skills. We’re looking for someone who can dive deep into the internet and is unafraid to explore new platforms to find the most creative ambassadors. — Excellent communication skills. You’ll need to reach out to bloggers, negotiate, explain, and assist. It’s important to be able to communicate thoughts clearly, amicably, and enthusiastically. — A strong command of English OR an equivalent ability to conduct correspondence via ChatGPT would be a plus. We operate in international markets!
