Affiliate Program Manager | Rail.Ninja 📍Location: world Employment Type: full-time Salary: from 1500$ gross

Firebird is an international online travel company that organizes trips to Europe for customers from around the world. We have a dedicated software development department that focuses on our internal products that allow everyone else to deliver some of the top-notch, worldwide services. Currently, there are a number of commercially available projects in production that are being actively worked on:

Affiliate Management

  • Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with new and existing affiliate partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for affiliates, providing support, guidance, and motivation.

Performance Monitoring & Optimization

  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including traffic, conversions, ROI, and LTV.
  • Identify underperforming affiliates and opportunities for growth, implementing action plans to improve results.

Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies aligned with broader marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams to provide affiliates with compelling assets and offers.

Payout & Commission Management

  • Review and approve affiliate commissions and payouts in line with performance metrics and program rules.
  • Monitor for fraud, policy violations, and ensure compliance with terms and conditions.

Platform & Tools Oversight

  • Manage affiliate tracking platforms and ensure data accuracy.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve program effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or partnership management.
  • Proven track record of growing and managing successful affiliate programs.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in performance tracking and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with affiliate networks (e.g., AWIN) and tracking platforms.
