👩🏼‍⚕️Role: Creative Director/ Head of Marketing 📍Location: Dubai, UAE 💻Work setting: On-site

We’re looking for a bold, strategic, and hands-on Creative Director to lead and grow the creative vision of the marketing agency. You’ll be responsible for driving concept development, managing the creative team, and delivering high-impact content across digital platforms.

📄 Key Responsibilities: - Develop strategic, multichannel creative concepts (TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, etc.) tailored to client goals and brand identity — with a focus on medical and regulated markets in the UAE/GCC. - Generate platform-specific ideas with strong visual storytelling; stay ahead of digital trends and implement innovative formats (short-form video, interactive content). - Lead the creation of scripts, storyboards, and campaign assets across multiple formats (visuals, videos, messaging). - Oversee high-performing content for landing pages, emails, quizzes, polls, and chatbots. - Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and delivers measurable results. - Manage and mentor a creative team; foster growth and high-quality output. - Present creative ideas to clients, adapting based on feedback while maintaining vision. - Analyze performance data and lead creative optimization (A/B testing, CTR, CPL, engagement rates).

👩🏼‍💻 Ideal Candidate: - 4+ years of experience in creative roles (preferably in marketing or advertising agencies). - Proven experience working with medical or healthcare brands (clinics, medtech, pharma, etc.). - Solid knowledge of the UAE / GCC market and cultural context. - Strong portfolio demonstrating multichannel campaigns and visual storytelling. - Team leadership experience is a must. - Proficiency in English. - Hands-on mindset: you know how to lead, but also how to create.
