- 3+ years total experience, working as a trained software Business Analyst;
- Background in various types of financial services;
- Fluency with Atlassian products;
- Strong BPMN, Use Case, and UML skills;
- Strong communication and technical skills with the ability to quickly grasp technical issues/concepts;
- Strong organizational and project management skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Prepare detailed deliverables (e.g. functional requirements) in line with industry best practice and internal agreed quality, process, and timelines;
- Be the voice of the customer and provide user perspective on feature value and objectives;
- Deliver quality documentation including customer journeys, use cases, activity and technical diagrams; Responsibilities:
- More than 3 years relevant work experience;
- Preference to applicants with fintech project/ product development experience;
