Job opening: Senior Sales Manager🔥 📍 Format: Remote 📍 Location: World (except for RB, RF)

📍Tasks:

  • Manage global B2B sales of cryptocurrency payment solutions to corporate clients with a focus on high-risk verticals (e.g. betting, casino, gaming, adult, FX);
  • Identify, approach and close deals with decision makers (C/C-1 level);
  • Provide clients with customized payment strategies based on their industry, jurisdiction and operating model;
  • Develop and deliver customized commercial proposals and pricing models to the client;
  • Manage the end-to-end deal lifecycle (from initial engagement to contract closure and handover);
  • Representing B2BinPay at industry conferences, trade shows and closed networking events worldwide;
  • Collaborating with marketing and product teams;
  • Building a qualified, scalable sales funnel.

📍Expectations:

  • 5+ years of proven success in selling B2B payment solutions (acquiring, PSP, deposit/payout or crypto payments);
  • Extensive experience selling to high-risk merchants, understanding their needs, pain points and regulatory context;
  • Deep knowledge of the payments value chain: merchant onboarding, KYC/KYB, processing, risk, compliance, settlement;
  • Understanding of the crypto payments infrastructure and its benefits for high-risk business models;
  • Strong personal network of decision makers in the high-risk ecosystem is a major advantage;
  • Ability to navigate licensing, banking and operational structures in offshore and Tier-1/2 jurisdictions;
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to structure complex commercial agreements;
  • Fluent in English.
