Senior Data Scientist 📍Acumatica / Remote from Serbia

📍Responsibilities:
Fine-tune and deploy small language models (SLMs) for ERP-specific tasks on Azure, AWS, or on-premise infrastructure. Design and implement AI agents for automation and adaptive workflows across ERP modules using LangChain, AutoGPT, or similar tools. Build and maintain traditional ML models (forecasting, anomaly detection, classification, clustering) to solve business problems like fraud detection and churn prediction. Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to define use cases and integrate models into production. Lead the MLOps lifecycle: CI/CD for models, versioning, monitoring, retraining, and ethical deployment practices.

📍Requirements:
5+ years of experience in data science, with focus on ML and NLP. Strong Python skills and familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, HuggingFace, etc. Experience with LLM fine-tuning and deployment. Hands-on experience with Azure or AWS for ML model deployment. Familiarity with LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, or similar agent frameworks. Deep understanding of classical ML algorithms and evaluation techniques. Strong background in MLOps, including reproducibility, model pipelines, and monitoring. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
