Lead QA Engineer – CRM/Acumatica 📍Belgrade, Serbia

📍Responsibilities:
-Spend 70% of your time on hands-on test automation and 30% on team leadership and performance management. -Develop and maintain UI automated tests in C#. -Ensure high test coverage, reliability, and efficiency. -Analyze test failures and improve automation infrastructure. -Collaborate with BAs and developers to align on QA strategy. -Own quality metrics and continuously improve test effectiveness. -Manage the QA task backlog — prioritize improvements and refactoring. -Lead a team of 4 Senior QA Engineers: mentoring, code review, and performance evaluation. -Plan and estimate team testing activities, assign work, and track progress. -Facilitate team retrospectives and introduce process improvements. -Drive team collaboration and implement best practices across QA.

📍Requirements:
-5+ years of experience in QA automation, including UI test development. -2+ years of experience leading or managing a QA team. -Proficiency in automation frameworks (C# or Java). -Strong planning, estimation, and task prioritization skills. -Fluent English (some team members are English-speaking only).
📍Bonus:
-Experience with Selenium and C#/.NET. -Familiarity with CRM systems.
