Lead Full Stack Developer – CRM / Acumatica 📍Belgrade, Serbia

📍Responsibilities:
Lead full-stack development within the CRM team. Design and implement both backend and frontend components for reporting tools and engines. Develop UI controls and web interfaces for configuring CRM features. Architect new functionality and independently drive feature implementation. Provide technical leadership and conduct code reviews. Collaborate with product managers and analysts on CRM feature design. Investigate and resolve support incidents and defects. Optimize and enhance the existing codebase.

📍Requirements:
6+ years of hands-on software development experience. Strong proficiency in C# and .NET (or Java/C++ with willingness to deepen C# skills). Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript and UI frameworks (Angular, React, Vue, Svelte, Aurelia, etc.). Practical experience with RDBMS and SQL. Experience with version control systems (Git preferred). Ability to work with and improve a large existing codebase. Product-driven mindset with a focus on business outcomes.
📍Bonus:
Experience in developing rich UIs and custom controls.
