Corporate Lawyer Wise Wolves Group is an international financial group headquartered in Cyprus. We provide investment, corporate, and payment services to private and corporate clients worldwide. Due to our active client growth, we are looking for a Corporate Lawyer to support onboarding and legal documentation processes for new U.S.based clients. The role is part-time at the beginning, with a potential transition to a full-time position.

📍Key Responsibilities • Drafting and reviewing client agreements • Managing internal and external corporate documentation • Supporting company formation, corporate changes, and decision-making documentation • Assisting with legal and compliance matters related to client projects • Updating contract templates and legal procedures in line with regulatory changes • Communicating with external legal advisors and regulatory bodies when required

📍Requirements • At least 2 years of experience in corporate law (experience with international clients is a plus) • Strong contract drafting and document review skills • English — Upper-Intermediate or higher (contracts and communication will be in English) • Attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills • Familiarity with U.S jurisdictions
