📍Your role: — Lead analytics, data engineering, ML, and UX research teams — Oversee product analytics and experimentation — Drive data-informed decision-making across the Core Business unit

📍Your experience/skills we expect: — 5+ years of C-level managerial experience — Applied knowledge of statistics and probability theory — Experience in experimental design and hypothesis testing — Understanding of digital marketing & unit economics — Strong SQL and database knowledge — Basics of machine learning & UX research — BI tools proficiency and data self-service mindset
