What you’ll be doing
— Own end-to-end hiring for business-critical, non-technical roles across Supply Chain, Performance Marketing, and Operations — Collaborate directly with hiring managers to shape role requirements, interview processes, and hiring decisions — Develop and manage candidate pipelines globally, focusing on different level of hires — Source proactively using LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, referrals, and outbound campaigns — Run structured interviews and guide hiring teams through fair, data-driven evaluation processes — Maintain and improve ATS workflows, candidate experience, and hiring funnel reporting — Contribute to compensation benchmarking, hiring forecasts, and market insights — Support employer branding and talent marketing initiatives in commercial hiring markets
What we’re looking for
— 2–3 years of recruiting experience, ideally with a focus on non-tech roles in e-commerce, retail, supply chain, or marketing — Proven success hiring for commercial and operational functions: account managers, supply chain specialists, marketing specialists, logistics experts — Strong sourcing skills and creativity when it comes to engaging passive talent — Excellent communicator with stakeholder management experience across multiple teams — Experience using modern ATS tools and recruiting analytics — Process-oriented and proactive — you’re always thinking one step ahead — Fluent English
Hiring process
The entire process should take around 2–3 weeks.
— HR interview — Don’t sweat too much! This call is just so you can get acquainted with our mission, values, and culture, as well as the team structure and role expectations. Just be yourself, and you’ll do fine! — Manager interview — In this interview, you’ll get to meet your future boss. They’ll want to hear about your skills, past projects, and how you’d tackle the specific challenges of this role. — Final interview — At this stage, you’ll meet with senior management and cross-functional team members to discuss career goals and clarify any remaining details about the role.
