Growth Marketing Manager | Professional electronics manufacturer 📍Location: Lisbon, Portugal (hybrid or remote)

What You’ll Be Doing: As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will lead, plan, and launch marketing campaigns aimed at increasing user acquisition on our e-commerce platforms. While your primary focus will be on paid acquisition, you’ll also experiment with and develop strategies across various online channels, including email marketing, SEO, and CRO.

Requirements: 🔹 3+ years of experience in marketing. 🔹 Proven experience in paid campaign management (Meta, Google Ads). 🔹 Understanding of SEO and SEM principles. 🔹 Data-driven approach with strong analytical skills. 🔹 Ability to develop and execute marketing experiments. 🔹 Holistic understanding of customer journeys. 🔹 Strategic thinking and hands-on execution. 🔹 Curiosity and a desire to understand products and customers.
