Business Assistant / The Cycle 📍Remote Salary: 1500–2000$
We are looking for Operations/Business Assistant in a femtech startup. The Cycle - female-founded startup and first cycle-based functional beverage designed to support menstrual wellness.
Led by 3x founder Anastasia Sartan (ex-Director of Product at Snap), The Cycle is entering its first launch phase.
Responsibilities:
- Support Operations & Fulfillment: Assist with coordination across distributors; Keep logistics moving - External Communication
- Brand Presence Support: Help identify small partnership opportunities; Occasionally support ad hoc tasks around events, activations, and product seeding
- General Team Support
Requirements:
- Experience in e-commerce
- Experience in early-stage startups or small companies
- Familiarity with AI tools
- Fluent in English
- Experience as Operations Assistant, Business Assistant, or Executive Assistant.
