Software Implementation Engineer / Delivery Engineer (B2B, SaaS, Fintech, Banking)

Veengu is a product company building and implementing a digital banking software platform. Our customers are banks and fintech companies in the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas. We are developing a new-generation, cloud-native core banking platform built to outperform the big vendors in speed, scalability, and flexibility. We focus on clean architecture, high-load performance, and solving real-world banking challenges with engineering excellence. What you will do

  • Deliver the Veengu product to customers: configure, customize, install, set up API integrations, and provide technical consultancy.
  • Lead software delivery projects end-to-end: plan, organize, manage scope, and solve problems.
  • Gather and understand customer requirements. Prepare system design and architecture. Align the solution with Veengu’s product manager, R&D team, and the customer.
  • Keep projects moving without unnecessary meetings or chaos.
  • Contribute directly to Veengu’s core product development.

What we expect This is an engineering position, so proven technical skills are essential.

  • Software engineering experience or enterprise software administration skills. Example: you worked as a developer or DevOps and now want to focus more on system analysis, customer interaction, and project delivery.
  • If not developer experience, then strong knowledge of APIs, software integration, authentication, databases, and cloud platform administration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug and diagnose complex technical issues. Also important: management and communication skills
  • If you have little experience here but want to grow, you are welcome.
  • Experience in project management or IT delivery is a plus.
  • Solid project planning skills.
  • A “get it done” mindset.
  • Strong written and spoken English (C1 level).
  • Ability to foresee and prevent issues before they occur. Nice to have: domain knowledge
  • Experience with core banking systems, transaction processing platforms, bank back-office operations, or large enterprise software implementations.
