Targeting Specialist (Instagram & Google Ads, USA Market)

We are TwoBean Coffee, a specialty drip-bag coffee brand from New York. We already have SMM and a marketer, but we’re looking for an experienced Targeting Specialist to run paid ads in Instagram/Facebook + Google Ads for the U.S. market only.

What you’ll do: • Run & optimize IG/FB + Google Ads campaigns • Test audiences/creatives/offers → improve CAC, CTR, ROAS • Analyze results, prepare reports, suggest strategies • Work closely with SMM & marketing team

Requirements: • 2+ yrs of paid ads experience (U.S. market) • Meta Ads Manager + Google Ads expertise • Proven e-commerce/subscription success • Data-driven, proactive, b1-c1 English

Nice to have: coffee/F&B or lifestyle brand experience, U.S. consumer insights, UGC/Reels know-how.
