We’re looking for a senior-level designer to join the Snoonu Design team - someone who can bring clarity, boldness, and consistency to our communications across marketing, brand and product.

Responsibilities: ▪️Lead the design process from concept to execution across digital and print: 360 campaigns,  presentation decks, ads, social media, etc. ▪️ Collaborate with teams across marketing, product, content, and growth to translate business needs into powerful visual communication. ▪️ Take ownership of design projects, ensuring deliverables meet brand standards and business goals. ▪️Provide feedback and creative direction to junior designers, helping them grow and improve. ▪️Ensure consistency of our visual identity across all touchpoints. ▪️Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve design quality. ▪️Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, balancing creativity with efficiency. ▪️Work with external vendors when needed (e.g. printers, photographers, freelancers).

What You’ll Need: ▪️5+ years of professional experience in graphic or communication design. ▪️Strong portfolio showing a diverse range of work: 360 campaigns, digital assets, print and etc. ▪️Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, and other relevant tools. ▪️Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy. ▪️Ability to clearly explain design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams. ▪️Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work. ▪️Confidence in using AI tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, and similar platforms to enhance creative workflows. ▪️English proficiency B2 or higher. Russian B2+ is a plus.

Nice to Have: ▪️Experience with 3D tools (e.g. Blender, Cinema 4D, Octane, Redshift). ▪️Familiarity with working in tech/startup environments. ▪️Experience with product design or web design principles. ▪️Motion design skills (After Effects or similar). ▪️Hands-on experience in fast-paced industries such as FMCG, e-commerce, marketplaces, delivery, or consumer tech.
