Role description: This is a contract remote role for a Business Development Manager. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, conducting market research, and developing strategies to drive business growth. You will also be responsible for negotiating and closing deals, as well as collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project execution. Qualifications: More than 3 years of proven experience in business development or sales in the international market Ability to build and maintain partnerships from cold outreach to results Must have experience in Web3 technologies and digital marketing (ideally would already have a developed Web3 network) Familiarity with tokenomics and liquidity management Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English are required, Mandarin Chinese will be an advantage Ability to work independently and remotely Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, experience in analyzing social media metrics to define campaigns and track success Experience in the cryptocurrency industry
