Some people stick to the idea that recruiters can get a well-paid job position faster and less challenging than others. What can I say? It's bullshit, guys...

✅ Yep, maybe I will grasp why HR asks me this or that question, what he or she is going to check on etc.

✅ Yep, maybe I will take more control under my flow of thought because I know that sometimes one wrong word / phrase / action can cost me a lot

🤷‍♀️ But I'm a human being like everyone with all flaws, feelings, desires, fears, mistakes, background...

🤷‍♀️ But each recruiter / HR is a human being too who has its own point of view at the situation or its own approaches to work based upon the policy of company. You can become an ideal candidate for one HR and you can find yourself not good enough for others. You know what? It's totally okay!

When you switch your role and put yourself in the work seeker's shoes, nothing changes significantly as it was before your recruiting background. Maybe now you're a little be more prepared to this challenge with looking for your dream job but you also can get a bunch of messages with the text "sorry, today we've chosen another candidate" 💁‍♀️
