Sounds crazy but it's kinda true...

I can say these words to job seekers as well as recruiters 🙃

Like it or lump it, sometimes we are hostages to circumstances and we have to accept the rules of one big game - the real life 😈

Candidates have to go through an endless row of steps to get their dream job in a big company. Moreover, some of them are ready to change their mind about what they did want a few days ago.

Recruiters have their task which they have to keep up in order to make a client satisfied. We don't refuse a candidate because "I'm not in the mood to talk to them" or "it's not my type"... Can I hire someone from a generation Zero when my client wants to see a millennial !? I can give it a shot but it doesn't mean it will be worth it.

What do I want to say writing this post?

First of all, there are not good or bad candidates or recruiters. Each of us has a purpose, demands, boundaries, limits - whatever what makes us take a particular action.

Secondly, we all have the rules which we can embrace like an opportunity to hone our flexibility skills in order to make new decisions without losing this game.

As my mum says "If you wanna live this life in full swing, be flexible and open-minded"
