What will you do in our team?

— Understand the unique needs of US startup founders, identify the needed skills and compose interview scripts and test assignments — Source relevant candidates — Conduct structured interviews to assess the candidates based on the client’s needs and requirements. — Select the best-fit candidates within only a few days — Moderate client-talent interviews, hold negotiations, help a client to make a final decision, or gather the client’s feedback and continue searching for the best-fit candidates if needed.

What will set you up for success?

— Fluent written and spoken English. — Persuasive communication skills — Expertise in sourcing & recruitment (up to 5 years; ideally - in agencies) — Demonstrated high percentage of hiring closure rate in limited timeframes, and candidate retention. — Excellent organizing skills.
