Most of us are striving to do everything spotlessly according to a template. The same happens when we start to write our CV. Despite the fact that there are a bunch of various CVs, generally they all look alike.

Being a recruiter means scrolling and scanning hundreds of them on a regular basis. What does it mean for a candidate? If you don't have a relevant experience which a company demands now, a recruiter may forget about your CV for good. But what do we usually remember? Something outstanding, unique and extraordinary 🙃 So, for better or for worse, our brains just work like that - collecting and keeping the craziest (useless as well) information in one's mind.

For instance, I remember the creator who mentioned in the list of his tasks how he watered his favourite plant Gosha in the office 😊 OR it's impossible to forget how one HR in her CV said that her soft spot is Meladze and his songs 😂

I do love it because you see sth more than just a well-structured and elaborated piece of document. You see a piece of person and their life 🥹
