📍About the Role We’re building a modern monitoring function within IT Operations. You will lead the team, design and implement advanced processes, tools, and AI-driven solutions to ensure observability, fast incident detection, and efficient problem resolution.

📍Responsibilities:

Lead & grow Monitoring Team (Duty Engineers + Monitoring Development)

Build & optimize monitoring processes, metrics, best practices

Ensure effective duty operations (alerts, incidents, escalation)

Oversee postmortems & problem review committees

Implement unified dashboards & AI-based detection

Collaborate with IT Operations for reliability improvements

✅ Requirements:

3+ years as Head of Monitoring in large/geo-distributed infrastructures

5+ years in IT Operations management

Technical background (SysAdmin / SysEng / Development)

Hands-on: Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, JIRA, ELK/Graylog, Confluence

ITIL knowledge (Event, Incident, Problem Management)

Leadership & people management skills

English B2+, fluent Russian
