💡Responsibilities: – Conducting individual meetings with employees on communication skills: presentations, public speaking, soft skills, clarifying requests and challenges, assessing current verbal and non-verbal communication practices, providing feedback; – Filling out the corporate soft skills matrix; – Determining the level of employee readiness in communication skills; – Updating candidate preparation materials; – Conducting group trainings on self-presentation and soft skills.
