We are seeking a QA Automation Engineer to join our team on a FinTech integration project.

Team Composition: Project Manager, Systems Analyst, MuleSoft Architect, 4 Java Developers, QA Lead.

Responsibilities:

Automation Testing of APIs and Integrations

Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Java and REST Assured or similar tools. Validate REST APIs for functionality, data consistency, and performance. Participate in test case design and contribute to test strategy for backend systems. Testing Process Support

Collaborate with the QA team and developers to understand integration flows and edge cases. Help identify, document, and troubleshoot bugs and issues found during testing. Execute and monitor automated tests and report results clearly and in a timely.

Skills and Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in QA automation. Solid knowledge of Java and object-oriented programming basics. Experience testing REST APIs using tools such as Postman and REST Assured. Experience working with logs (e.g., Grafana, Kibana) to debug automated tests and analyse backend/API failures. Understanding of HTTP methods, request/response structures, and status codes. Familiarity with test automation frameworks (e.g., JUnit, TestNG). Basic knowledge of version control (e.g., Git). Technical education or background in IT or engineering fields. Proactive and eager to learn, with good attention to detail. English proficiency at B1 level or above (spoken and written).
