About Project: AI-native decision-making infrastructure for private market deals.

Tech Stack

  • Frontend: React 19+, Next.js 15+, TypeScript (strict), Material UI v6, Redux Toolkit, React Query, React Hook Form + Yup, Framer Motion

  • Backend: Next.js, Node.js, Prisma ORM, PostgreSQL 16, Redis, NextAuth.js, SocketIO (or similar webhook lib)

  • Tooling: Docker (multi-container), Git, ESLint/Prettier, Yarn, Vault, DroneCI

Ideal Candidate

  • 3+ years of production experience with React/Next.js and TypeScript

  • Deep expertise in state management, form validation, server state sync

  • Proven track record building complex SaaS or FinTech platforms

  • Strong grasp of PostgreSQL schema design, indexing, and performance

  • Familiarity with CI/CD, Docker, and scalable deployment pipelines

  • Clean code advocate, mentor, and strong async communicator

  • Strong improvisation skills, ability to take on lightly defined tasks independently and seek clarification when needed

Bonus Experience

  • Engineering Management experience

  • Real-time systems: pub/sub, Kafka (streaming), SSE

  • DevOps: environment isolation, workspace-based routing, infra scaling

  • Strong UX sensibility, accessibility, and animation polish

  • Testing: Unit, integration, and E2E coverage as standard practice

  • AI/ML: Conversational AI, RAG pipelines, MLOps, GPU inference
