The company operates across multiple international markets and is recognized for its innovative platforms, player-centric mindset, and data-driven operations. The Role: The Reconciliation Specialist will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the company’s financial data through daily transaction tracking, payment reconciliation, and reporting. This role is critical in ensuring smooth financial operations, supporting compliance, and providing clear insights into the company’s financial performance. You will work closely with the CFO and collaborate with payment teams, providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure all financial movements are properly recorded and reconciled.

Key Responsibilities: • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations of transactions across multiple payment providers, gaming platforms, and bank accounts. • Monitor incoming and outgoing payments to ensure data accuracy and completeness. • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or unmatched transactions promptly. • Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with company procedures. • Support month-end closing processes by preparing reconciliation reports and summaries. • Collaborate with the CFO and finance team on cash flow reporting, audits, and compliance. • Liaise with external partners, such as payment processors and banks, to resolve operational or financial issues. • Assist with ongoing process improvements and automation initiatives within the finance function.

Requirements: • Experience in reconciliation, accounting, or financial operations, ideally within the iGaming, fintech, or payments sector. • Strong understanding of payment flows, transaction data, and financial accuracy control. • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage large data sets. • Proficiency with Excel and financial systems; experience with BI or reconciliation tools is an advantage. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet strict deadlines. • Fluency in English (both written and spoken); any other language will be considered an advantage.
